We spent Easter weekend at the river house with Opa, Nana, Uncle Doc, and cousin Andrew. It was a really nice weekend and we all enjoyed the family time and Easter egg fun. We dyed Easter eggs on Saturday afternoon in the backyard.
On Saturday night, Owen loaded up the baskets for the Easter Bunny and left a delicious carrot from the garden. In the morning, Owen found paper carrots filled with boxes of raisins, a new shovel for the sandbox, a toy microphone, and a plastic egg filled with dinosaur tattoos. Cora's basket had two new board books. Owen hunted eggs like a pro!
Owen and Cora had some fun playing on the couch. Some of these pictures are terrible, but I love the expressions on their faces so I have to include them because they make me so happy.
