In June, we drove to Oklahoma for the wedding of one of Tom's cousins. It was a great weekend full of quality time with Grandma and Grandpa and cousins. For both the trip up and the drive back, we left early early in the morning so the kids and I could sleep for a few hours while Tom drove. It really worked out great.
Friday night we went to the rehearsal dinner. The weather was beautiful and we had a good chance to catch up with our Oklahoma family. This car originally belonged to Grandpa before he and Grandma got married. It has stayed in the family for most of the time since then and Tom's cousin restored it again for his wedding.

Hanging out at Aunt Nancy's house was perfect with the kids. We enjoyed swimming and playing and eating and visiting.
On Sunday morning, we enjoyed a family trip to the zoo with Grandma, Grandpa, and cousins. Good times!
