But he decided pretty quickly that the slide was more fun than scary and he wore us both out climbing up and sliding down over and over and over. If you click on these pictures to see the full size image, you'll be able to fully appreciate Owen's facial expressions. He had so much fun!
Owen got braver as we went. Eventually, he wanted to go down by himself. He couldn't really sit up as he went down and he went down on his back, sometimes spinning upside down...
On this run, his spin turned into a roll near the bottom. Even after a couple of full rolls he came up asking for more and laughing so hard.
Birthday party = giant piece of cake.
Owen got to bring a balloon home from the party and now he's in love with balloons. Tom enjoyed it too.
